Our Story
Broodt Bakery began with a love for wholesome, natural baking and a deep appreciation for the art of sourdough. Our founder, Gugulethu Dlamini, embraced the challenge of mastering sourdough techniques to create bread and pastries that nourish the body and delight the soul. Since those humble beginnings, Broodt has grown into a bakery loved by locals and stocked by trusted partners.
